Ausmed Conferences Terms and Conditions of Conference Registration and Attendance

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. A standard handling charge of 10% is deducted from the registration fee upon written notification of cancellation. We regret no refund can be offered if notification occurs less than two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Disclaimer

Ausmed Conferences will make every effort to ensure that the advertised speakers present at this educational event. If a speaker withdraws from the program, a replacement speaker will be scheduled. To the extent permitted by law, Ausmed Conferences and its consultants expressly disclaim all and any liability relating to any information given at an Ausmed Conference ('Information') and for the results of any actions taken in reliance on the Information, and are not responsible for any error in or omission from the Information. The Information is not intended to be used as medical advice and should not replace the services or advice of a qualified health care professional. The Information is of a general nature and does not take into account the circumstances, physical wellbeing, mental status or medical requirements of a particular person which are relevant to the correct diagnosis and treatment of any health condition. Payment

Payment for all conferences being attended must be made at the time of registration unless you are registering from an organisation with a purchase order number or we have agreed that may pay after the registration. Organisations may request a Tax Invoice be sent prior to payment. Ausmed always issues a Tax Invoice and Tax Receipt for payment. Your registration may be eligible for tax deductibility, please contact your accountant for details.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Online Payment

You may pay with your Visa or Mastercard credit card or debit card or PayPal Account. Paying with a credit/debit card or PayPal Account, a banking fee (2%) is added.

Cheque or Money Order

Please make cheques and money orders payable to Ausmed Conferences Pty Ltd and send to Ausmed Conferences Pty Ltd, 275-277 Mt Alexander Road, Ascot Vale, Vic. 3032. Remember to write which conference you are attending on the back of the cheque and the attendee's name if you are not paying for yourself.

Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit

You may make the payment for your registration directly into our bank account. Details for payment are available from our office on: 03 9375 7311

Invoice

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of issue of the Tax Invoice. Payment may be made via credit/debit card, cheque/money order or bank transfer.
