    • Approaches to facilitating problem-solving resilience in those being counselled.
    • What are the behavioural dynamics which occur during counselling, e.g. dealing with transference issues.
    • How to stay focused and give your best when the going gets tough
    • What about mini-counselling sessions when short time-spans are all you can manage?
