Mandy GearyMandy is an experienced senior manager with a strong commitment to ensuring health care teams can deliver the best health outcomes for patients and clients. Her work has involved responsibility for human resource and clinical risk management and quality improvement. More recently, Mandy has worked with Victorian Primary Care Partnership focusing on integrated chronic disease management, service coordination and health promotion, and is now working with one of Victoria’s first Medicare Locals in population health planning, prevention and health promotion.
She has a substantial background in acute, aged and primary care services and project management. Mandy’s strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills have been integral to developing and implementing organisational governance, policy and procedural systems including workforce development and performance management She is sought after as a conference speaker, workshop facilitator and training consultant and is consistently highly evaluated by nurses who attend her events.
