Ausmed is actively seeking the services of nurse educators to provide high-quality education and training at our conferences, seminars and study days. Presenting to groups of nurses ranging in size from 15 to 100 on a range of topics, our educators enjoy the support and back-up of a respected and well-known company, dedicated to producing a professional, engaging and motivating educational experience. Events are organised all over Australia throughout the year, so you will need to be flexible enough to devote one or two days to each one you are involved in along with preparation time. Some of our nurse educators specialise in specific areas and only present once or twice a year for Ausmed, whilst others work one or more days every month. We are interested in most specialities and are always keen to receive suggestions for new topics. We are looking for nurse educators who are:
- Experienced and deeply knowledgable in their speciality
- Committed to providing the highest level of nurse education to ensure best-practice and enhanced quality of care
- Confident in developing and delivering professional education
- Passionate about teaching with a vibrant and engaging manner.
NB: Applicants must have current Australian nurse and/or midwifery registration including appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
