Dr Rachel Hughes is the director of palliative care at the Calvary Mater Newcastle. Rachel has a background in aeromedical retrieval medicine, rural and remote primary care, including primary and chronic disease care in Australian Indigenous Communities. She has a strong interest in equity of access to patient and carer centered palliative care, particularly for vulnerable populations. She has undertaken service development and palliative care research for adolescents and young adults with cancer and is currently working towards the development of strong networks of practice in palliative care generally, supporting patients, carers and communities to provide best standard care at end of life.

Very useful information and actual instructions of exactly how to adjust your privacy settings to ensure you are within the professional code of conduct, and not breaching standards by exposing your private life to the general public.
