Bullying and harassment are endemic in our society and no matter where you work, you are likely to encounter bullies. You yourself may even occasionally bully people. This mandatory training module looks at some of the fundamental aspects of bullying and reveals information that all staff should know.

Target Audience

I think this resource gave some clarity on what is bullying or harassment and that it is recognised as a problem which needs to be managed within the health system.
