Biography

Caroline Mulcahy is a registered nurse with a graduate diploma in special and intensive care (neonatal) and a master's degree in health sciences (research methods). Caroline is particularly interested in organisational dynamics and team cultures, believing the key to sound business management and business improvement is in effective people management. This can only be gained when employees have a clear understanding of their role and what is expected of them by their managers. With this in mind, Caroline has advised in the development of a number of performance management tools that focus on leadership, cultural change and ensuring each staff member understands how and where they 'fit' within an organisation. Caroline Mulcahy is currently the chief executive officer for an infertility organisation in Melbourne, Australia.
