Jared Cooney Horvath (PhD, MEd) is an expert in the field of educational neuroscience, with a focus on translating neuroscientific principles to enhance teaching and learning practices within the classroom. Jared has conducted research and lectured at Harvard University, Harvard Medical School, the University of Melbourne, and over 30 schools around Australia. Jared has published three books, over 30 research articles, and his work has been featured in numerous popular publications, including The Economist, WIRED, The New Yorker, New Scientist, and ABC’s Catalyst. Generally engaging but I felt there were gaps in the presentation. Needed to replay sections to understand what the link was. 23 minute mark was gold and will definitely use that. Would really like to hear more on the topic.

Interesting content. I found the editing took away some of the context and some of the comments about parents by the lecturer were some what disconcerting, I think this was due to the editing.
