Alternatively, please try these troubleshooting suggestions
- Attempt to play the video via your account on the www.ausmed.com website on PC/laptop or in the mobile browser (not the App), to check whether it is a common problem on both platforms.
- Change the Internet connection (WiFi to mobile data or vice versa) to check whether the connection speed is too slow for videos.
- Logging out and logging back in or simply shut down the app completely and re-open it, to refresh the app.
- Attempt to play the video on different devices (ipad, phone or laptop).
