Vanessa Raskin

Vanessa Raskin completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) in 1998 followed by a Graduate Diploma in Exercise for Rehabilitation in 2000. She has extensive experience in local government Aged and Disability Services and Community Health in Early Intervention in Chronic Disease Programs. After discovering a passion for chronic disease management, Vanessa completed her Masters in Applied Science (Exercise Rehabilitation) majoring in chronic disease self management programs in primary care and is now an accredited exercise physiologist and health educator with Arthritis Victoria providing training, information and programs to support and empower people living with chronic health conditions to live well.
