Peter French is a registered general nurse and psychiatric nurse (UK and Hong Kong) specialising in surgical nursing and psychiatric nursing. Before moving to Hong Kong, Peter was head of the Continuing Education and Research Department at South Tees Health Authority in the UK and principal lecturer in nursing at Teesside Polytechnic.
