Lecture Overview

With Australia having the highest incidence of melanoma in the world, skin protection from sun exposure should be on every healthcare professional's radar. Additionally, some medicines can induce photosensitivity which increases the risk of skin damage. In this presentation, associate professor of pharmacy Louis Roller explains the relationship between medicines, the skin and sun, and how to know when your patient or client may be at risk.
