New Psychological Safety in the Workplace
Psychological safety is the foundation of a healthy workplace culture. It allows staff to raise clinical concerns, discuss stress or workload issues, and contribute ideas that improve care outcomes without fear of blame, punishment or embarrassment. This Ausmed Training Module will discuss the importance of fostering a safe, respectful and mentally healthy work environment, offer practical tips for contributing to a psychologically safe workplace, and provide an overview of key legal obligations.
