If my staff numbers reduce, will my organisation still have to pay the same monthly fee?

Each month we check to see how many of your staff are active on your Ausmed for Organisations LMS. If a staff member has been made inactive we will no longer charge you for that person, and adjust your monthly payment accordingly.

How long does it take to get my team set up on the Ausmed LMS?

When your organisation joins Ausmed you are required to fill out an electronic registration form with your staff’s basic work information. Once filled out, we can have your LMS up and running within 3 business days.

Does Ausmed provide ongoing support?

Absolutely. Our experienced customer experience team will assist your team along the way, including a virtual onboarding and technical support.

Are there any other costs on top of the monthly subscription fee?

No. You can rest assured that you will not be charged any other hidden fees or costs beyond your monthly organisation subscription.

I’d like to cancel my organisation’s subscription. How do I do that?
